Meiji Jingu shrine: place dedicated to the spirit of Emperor Meiji, a beautiful forest amid Tokyo 4. Ueno Park: city park with historical remains and multiple cultural facilities such as Tokyo National Museum. 5. Yanaka District: a pleasant nostalgic atmosphere of old Tokyo with lots of small Buddhist temples and their beautiful gardens. You will find a lot of small local shops, too. Asakura Museum of Sculpture, the former residence and studio of the artist with scenic beauties can also be found here. 6. Traditional Gardens: Rikugi-en, Hamarikyu, Koishikawa-Korakuen, etc. 7.
